Return, Exchange & Refund
Any product that has not been opened, purchased from this website, can be returned to us within 15 days of reception, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) Please contact us by email (abarre@ofildo.com) to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. Request for RMA# must be done within 15 days of receiving your order. Please write your RMA number on the package returned.
2) All returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of issuance of RMA#.
3) We will refund the entire value of your purchase if the product returned is found in perfect condition and un-opened.
4) There is a 25% refund charge for products received “open" for reasons others than a products' defect or damage. We will only refund 75% of your purchasing value and will not refund shipping charges in that instance.
5) Return shipping cost is at customer's charge. However, the original shipping cost will be refunded for wrong items sent and the replacement will be shipped at no cost to you, via Regular/Standard shipping.
6) Shipping fees are not refundable except for defective product's returns.
7) Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned goods and will be done within 10 working days thereof.
Where do I ship my return/exchange?
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to our returns centers. Our customer service will send you detailed instructions upon contacting them at: abarre@ofildo.com
How should I ship my return/exchange?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, your return must have an RMA # and your exchange must have the Order/Reference #. Please refer to our return policy regarding RMA.
When will my credit card or my account be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
